As a Real Estate Negotiator, sometimes people call property agent, realtor, perunding hartanah, some orang kampung may call you broker tanah. You will be answering to the Senior Team Manager, you will source and follow through the new rules for business through to completion.

- Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion.
- Working to financial, individual and team targets.
- Increasing the company turnover.
- Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Canvassing and marketing.
- Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals.
- Negotiating terms to conclude the sale.

Person Specification :-

Ambitious individual looking for a career as a Real Estate Agent ( initially as Negotiator ) / Ejen Hartanah / Perunding Hartanah
Pro-active, flexible and confident.
Excellent sales ability.
Positive Mental Attitude.

Essential Criteria :-
..
A full, valid Malaysia driving licence and eligibility to work in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Pahang and Johor State is essential for the role.
Must have recent experience in property sales.
Banker , Insurance Agent, Unit Trust Consultant with few years experiences are mostly encourage to apply.
